- When not being worn, store your hat flat, or with the brim folded up.
- Pulling or tugging too firmly on the brim of the hat may cause ripping. Always be gentle with your hat.
- If wet, dry away from direct sunlight.
- A soft brush and mild detergent can be used to remove dust and other stains.
- Do not crush or bend the grass fibers in your hand.

- On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly.
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
