On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. If you do have any further inquires, please contact us care@katnoelle.com

Returns

Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us at care@katnoelle.com. Be sure to include: a photo of the item(s), a short description and your order number. 

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items.
