ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our capability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund subject to our returns policy. 

Simply return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt and full refund in the form of a store credit will be issued. Please ensure you return the items to us in good time so we receive the items within our 14 days policy. Please note; some items are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the store credit has been issued into your account. Our store credits do not expire and stay linked to your customer profile, they can be used online and in-store. 

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item from Kat Noelle as a gift, you can return it for an exchange or a credit note within the parameters outlined in this Returns Policy. Please email us at care@katnoelle.com. 

EXCHANGES

You will be charged for any difference in cost and any additional shipping and taxes.

CREDIT NOTES

Once issued, Credit Notes do not expire. 

DISCOUNT CODES & VOUCHERS

If a discount was applied to your original order, the order is final sale. It can not be refunded, it may be exchanged for something of equal or more value. 

CANCELING YOUR ORDER

www.katnoelle.com is not able to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been processed and dispatched.

ITEM(S) PURCHASED ONLINE MAY BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED IN-STORE SUBJECT TO OUR RETURN POLICY AND ITEM(S) PURCHASED IN-STORE CANNOT BE PROCESSED THROUGH OUR WEB RETURNS CENTER.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

  • To return/exchange your goods, item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WHERE TAGS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR WHERE THE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, DAMAGED OR MADE DEFECTIVE. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION.
  • Footwear and eyewear must be returned in their original box or case. Items soiled with make up, dirt, food, tanning products etc will not be accepted.
  • Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless fault or damaged.
  • We do not offer returns/exchanges on earrings, jewelry or rings for hygiene and health and safety reasons unless the item(s) are deemed faulty or damaged.
  • However, exchanges can be made as a request only and this is subject to availability – if your requested garment is not available then a credit note will be issued and you will be notified via email.
  • Please place the item(s) in the original packaging and ensure all items are packed safely and securely.

  • We recommend that returns/exchanges are posted through tracked and insured means. Please note that we do accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us.
  • We strongly recommend you handle all goods with extreme care and attention, as they are solely your responsibility once you have received them.
  • Please retain your proof of postage.
  • Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. The coverage of return postage costs must be approved by Kat Noelle Customer Care staff prior to return of item(s).
