POOLSIDE was created for the girl who is always thinking about her next vacation. Founded by Ashleigh Hults during a winter trip to St. Barth's, her line of beach bags launched in Summer 2016 and quickly became a huge hit. Each bag is handwoven by female artisans globally, with over 150 weaves in Indian and Morocco. Most bags are made using natural or up-cycled materials with a sustainable process. POOLSIDE is the definition of slow fashion -- most bags take over two days to finish. Since most of their items are made by hand, there can be slight differences between each bag, which make these items one-of-a-kind.

      • On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 
      Returns: 
      • Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
      • Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
      • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
      • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
      • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
      • Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us at care@katnoelle.com. Be sure to include: a photo of the item(s), a short description and your order number.
