The Jacksons was a woman owned and founded brand based out of Notting Hill, London. The Jacksons is a colorful, sustainably ethical brand full of fun and cleverly worded jute bags and accessories. The majority of The Jacksons products are made from jute — a plant that is completely rain fed and requires no additional energy. Each piece is handmade by over 1,500 artisans in Bangladesh.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
