Marie Mercie is a woman founded and women operated Brazilian label. Each piece is hand crafted and may take up to 20 days for one garment to be produced. Marie Mercie is made up of various daughters, mothers and grandmothers who all come together to slowly create stunning and unique pieces. Their attention to detail, the fabrics they use and care in creating every piece is what really makes Marie Merice unique.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
