Nette was founded by Carol Han Pyle in the hopes of changing the candle industry. Each candle is made from non-toxic wax, the glass vessels are handmade by ceramic artisans. The glasses are meant to be used again after a candle burns out, they are all food-safe and dishwasher safe. Nette looks at lighting a candle as a cherished ritual, much like pouring a great glass of wine or drawing a bath at the end of a long day.

  • Mouth blown glass vessel that is food-safe and dishwasher-safe

  • On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 
Returns: 
  • Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
  • Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
