Ortigia Sicily is a perfume, candle, creams, soaps, lotions and homeware. All products are made from natural and traditional ingredients such as olive oils, palm oil, almond oil, lanolin, distilled lavender and herbal dye. Traditional products with a modern ethics.

• Zagara - Another name for orange blossom, has notes of neroli petitgrain and wood bases. Is a rich citrus scent of Sicilian orange groves.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
