Theia Jewelry was founded by Irene who was born and raised in South Korea, and inspired by THEIA, the Greek Goddess of light who endowed gold, silver and gems with their brilliance and intrinsic value. The collection ambiance is a fusion between the beauties and strengths of the Eastern and Western cultures. Irene travels extensively for her design inspirations and works with artisans in South Korea to personally hand pick the best materials to create unique and memorable pieces.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
