Penelope Chilvers was founded by Penelope who while living in Barcelona, enjoyed riding in her lunch break in the national park of Collserola in the hills above the city wearing traditional Spanish riding boots. While hunting for the perfect pair, she decided to just create them herself. Penelope Chilvers is known for their British heritage, sustainability and stunning creations that could take you from horseback riding to every day.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
