Mystique Sandals is a family owned and run business. They began in 1999 by Yamin Levy and his wife, Dorien, Each style is designed personally by Yamin. Their two daughters are a part of the company as well. Balinese artisans craft every part of the Mystique sandal by hand, and each pair is made to order. From minimalist and modern to bold and flashy, there is a gorgeous sandal for every kind of woman, for every occasion, and every location.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
