Pink City Prints was founded to preserve the traditional crafts of India's Pink City and our collections speak to a more thoughtful, authentic way of life. Having graduated from Glasgow School of Art, Molly Russell was inspired to create a brand that championed color and creativity when a chance encounter in Jaipur, led her to create Pink City Prints. Each one of their pieces has been worked on by hand, using techniques that have been perfected and passed down for generations.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
