Waimari is a women founded and owned brand, started by two Colombian sisters, Stephanie and Maria Catalina Martinez. Waimari seeks to empower not only the women who wear their pieces but also the women who create them. Waimari  employs mostly single mothers or the breadwinners of their families to help them provide for their homes. Sustainably handmade in Colombia, Waimari creates chic and timeless pieces with attention to detail, craftsmanship and effortless femininity.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
