Mercado Global was launched in 2004 with a mission to transform the lives of Indigenous women, their families, and their communities. Through their nonprofit model, they offer critical support and opportunities to Indigenous communities across Central America. Each of their products is handcrafted by women artisans throughout Central America.

• $10.00 flat-rate US (2-4 business days) Or $30 express shipping (1-2 business days)
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Dallas, Texas (Choose option at checkout.)
• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
