• 100% Italian suede leather. This tannery is rated Leather Working Group Silver. Leather Working Group is a tool to evaluate the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.
• Tongue and collar is lined in calf leather. Forefoot is lined in mesh for breathability.
• Padded leather footbed.
• Rubber outsole.
• 1" heel / 0.5" platform.
• Included are two sets of laces - solid and two-tone to fit all your moods.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
