Baum und Pferdgarten was established in Copenhagen in 1999 by Rikke Baumgarten and Helle Hestehave after they had graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Design. The brand's name, a linguistic interplay between their two names, reflects the playfulness of the founders echoed in their designs. Their designs are created for women who want to have fun with their personal expression.

- On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly.
- Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
- Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
- Returns are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
