LIVRO was founded in 2020 by Lindsay Cunningham. LIVRO is named after Lindsay’s 2 daughters, Olivia (“Liv”) and Rosie (“Ro”), was born. LIVRO started with the Classic Shirt Dress and the Classic Kurta in hand block printed cotton. It has since grown into a lifestyle brand with custom designed prints and a variety of weighted cottons, using various methods of printing.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
