alisman began with a love of travel, discovery and making beautiful things. Founded by Creative Director Rayna Hooper, Talisman grew from a desire to bring together her background in apparel, textiles and retail with the inspiration gathered throughout her travels. From the colourful alleyways of India and cobblestoned streets of Europe to the Australian coastline, the places, people and details discovered along the way continue to shape the Talisman story.

• On the very rare occasion your package says delivered but is no where to be found, file a claim with the delivery carrier (USPS/UPS/Fed Ex/DHL). Once it leaves our hands and enters theirs, we are no longer responsible. Please contact the carrier directly. 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.
• Your item(s) to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, sale/clearance items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Damaged/Defective Items - Each piece is inspected by our team and packed with care so that they arrive safely to you.
